Only 25 Days From Early Vote, Nevada Democratic Victory is Ready to Elect Democrats

Over the weekend, Nevada Democratic Victory continued their fight to elect Democrats in November with events across the state

Last weekend, Nevada Democratic Victory continued its work to engage voters statewide as the election draws nearer (only 25 days from Early Vote!) with yet another Weekend of Action, knocking thousands of doors and calling thousands of Nevadans to remind them of the stakes of this election. In Reno, Las Vegas, tribal communities across the state, and rural Nevada, volunteers gathered to elect Democrats and engage their communities.

On Friday, Gov. Sisolak joined Nevada Democratic Victory for AfrikFest, a festival celebrating African food, culture, music and dance, and local small businesses.

On Saturday in Reno, festivities for Hispanic Heritage Month continued, with Lt. Gov. Lisa Cano Burkhead visiting Cafe con Papi, a local cafe, to celebrate Hispanic Renoites and engage the community towards voting for Democrats.

On Saturday in Las Vegas, Nevada Democratic Victory attended the U-CAN (United College Action Network) HBCU Recruitment Fair at Doolittle Community Center.

On Saturday in Las Vegas, Nevada Democratic Victory attended the Chilean Independence Day celebration hosted by the Chilean American Association of Las Vegas in a continuation of celebrations for Hispanic Heritage Month.

And on Sunday in Las Vegas, Gov. Sisolak and Lt. Gov. Lisa Cano Burkhead launched a canvass with hundreds of union members from Culinary Union Local 226.
