Nevada Democratic Victory Celebrated 50 Days From Election Day with Events Across State

Over the weekend, Nevada Democratic Victory continued their fight to elect Democrats in November with events across the state

Last weekend, Nevada Democratic Victory continued its work to engage voters statewide as the election draws nearer (only 49 days!) with a Super Canvass Launch featuring Rep. Susie Lee, Lt. Gov. Lisa Cano Burkhead, Asm. Sandra Jauregui, and Julie Pazina (candidate for SD-12). The four women candidates, who are all endorsed by Emily’s List, reminded voters of the stakes in this election — with choice, democracy, and so much more on the ballot.

Also on Saturday, Nevada Democratic Victory volunteers gathered all across the state for a volunteer summit! At the summits, which were hosted in Las Vegas, Reno, and virtually, NDV staff peeled back the curtain for top volunteers on plans for get-out-the-vote operations and energized Nevada democrats for the upcoming election.

On Saturday, Nevada Democratic Victory candidates joined the Muslim community of Las Vegas for the United Communities Dastarkhwan at Amirana Community Center. Gov. Sisolak, Lt. Gov. Lisa Cano Burkhead, Attorney General Aaron Ford, Cisco Aguilar (Democratic nominee for Secretary of State), Treasurer Zach Conine, and Clark Co. Commissioner Tick Segerblom were in attendance.

On Sunday, alongside the Washoe Dems, Sen. Cortez Masto, Gov. Sisolak, and Lt. Gov. Lisa Cano Burkhead celebrated Nevada’s vibrant Hispanic community at Reno’s Fiesta on Wells.
