The Trumpiest member of Congress, Marjorie Taylor Greene, is coming to Nevada in two short weeks. Will the Trumpiest Republican in Nevada, Adam Laxalt, have her join him on the campaign trail? Laxalt and Greene have the same extreme, far-right, Trumpian politics: they want to kill Nevada jobs, they won’t condemn the January 6 insurrection, and they want to end reproductive rights as we know them. Let’s see what they say if they campaign together…

Laxalt And Greene Both Want To Kill Jobs For Nevadans. 

In August, Donald called for his supporters to oppose the historic bipartisan infrastructure deal that will create thousands of jobs in Nevada. Shortly after, Laxalt heeded his call, publicly opposing the bill and forcing Nevada labor leaders to call him a “threat to Nevada jobs.” 

Marjorie Taylor Greene wasn’t far behind Laxalt and said any Republican who backed the infrastructure deal was a “traitor” to the Republican Party, even calling for the Republican members of Congress who supported to face harassment from Trump supporters. 

Laxalt And Greene Have Both Downplayed The January 6th Siege Of The U.S. Capitol.

Like Greene, Laxalt is a Trump lackey who was the leader in the “Stop the Steal” campaign that helped fuel the deadly insurrection at the Capitol on January 6. Laxalt has never condemned the violence, and his only public comment on the violence was to complain that the insurrection hurt Trump.

Greene objected to the certification of President-Elect Biden’s victory, calling it “stolen” and also downplayed the siege of the U.S. Capitol, calling it simply “just a riot” and suggesting the siege aligned with the message in the Declaration of Independence that said to “overthrow tyrants.”

Laxalt And Greene Both Are Advancing An Extreme, Far-Right Agenda Against The Rights Of Women. 

As the Supreme Court takes up landmark cases that could unwind Roe v. Wade and erode a woman’s right to choose, Laxalt and Greene are pushing an extreme agenda that would significantly curb reproductive freedoms.
