Sleazy, corrupt politician Adam Laxalt has based his entire campaign for Senate around the Big Lie. With one day until the primary, Laxalt continues to remind Nevadans of his efforts to overturn the 2020 election and his plans to try again in 2022 if he doesn’t like the election results. 

Since his days as the Trump campaign co-chair in Nevada, Laxalt has gone further than anyone to push the Big Lie. These are the five things he has to show for it: 

1. Failed efforts to overturn the 2020 election;
2. An endorsement from Trump for fighting “valiantly” against fraud;
3. Widespread condemnation from law enforcement for fueling the deadly insurrection and then fundraising off it; 
4. Increasing scrutiny of plans to pursue proactive legal action to overturn the 2022 election; and
5. Ridicule for crying election fraud and then flipping the script for his Republican base in rural Nevada counties.

“Laxalt has consistently shown that he is only out for himself, going against the will of voters in 2020 for his own political gain. No one has done more to push the Big Lie in Nevada, and Laxalt has shown he will go even further to overturn the election if he doesn’t like the results in November.”
