Corrupt politician Adam Laxalt does not care about the drought crisis facing Nevada, according to new reporting from KLAS. When asked about the drought affecting millions of Nevadans across the state, Laxalt had “no comment on the matter.” 

Laxalt has consistently opposed efforts to combat drought in Southern Nevada, coming out in opposition to the $4 billion in drought funding secured by Senator Cortez Masto in the Inflation Reduction law and the water recycling project she delivered through the Bipartisan Infrastructure law, which will provide water for 500,000 homes in the region. 

Statement from Nevada Democratic Victory Spokesperson Olivia Davis:

“Imagine running for Senate in Nevada and having no comment on an issue like drought. If Laxalt doesn’t care about drought, he doesn’t care about Nevada. He’s only in it for himself.”
