In Case You Missed It, corrupt politician Adam Laxalt, who has based his campaign on his efforts to overturn the 2020 election for Donald Trump, is now trying to downplay his ties to the former president. According to new reporting from the New York Times, Laxalt has recently scrubbed his website of its opening banner showing off his endorsement from Trump and the information is no longer on his home page.
Hard as he might try, Laxalt isn’t fooling anyone. Laxalt has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars running ads highlighting his Trump endorsement:
Laxalt held two events with Trump to boost his campaign in 2022:

Statement from Nevada Democratic Victory spokesperson Olivia Davis:
“Laxalt is the ‘face of’ the Big Lie in Nevada and has based the majority of his campaign around his allegiance to Trump. It’s laughable that Trump’s top lackey in Nevada would try to distance himself from the defeated former president now, after he went further than anyone to overturn the 2020 election on his behalf.”
